At café ’nola, we believe food should be an experience, a moment of everyday unapologetic joy made with real uncompromised ingredients.
’nola began in my kitchen as a small-batch granola, a recipe born from my love of baking treats that balance deep indulgence with real nourishment. Living in Texas but with my heart rooted in New Orleans, baking has been my way of recreating a sense of home, bringing people together around something truly delicious.
When I started gifting ‘nola to family, friends, and colleagues, those gestures quickly turned into requests for more, and people begged me to sell it.
Today, every bag of ’nola is still made by hand in small batches, using full nuts, raw ingredients and that signature New Orleans spirit: a love of good food, shared generously and an experience to be savored .
